    1) you never have those moment
    2) you feel too old to do crazy stuff again
    3) you spent too much time to be happy when you are young and you are old and miserable now

    When I feel like this I read a good book or watch a good movie - Mostly read, what a great way to escape - You could also volunteer at a homeless shelter and see how bad your life COULD be.

    Try to find a group to join - church, bookclub, chess club, whatever your interested in they probably have a group you can get together with -

    Take some classes

    I go get a cup of coffee, then take a walk and imagining great success in life, then lastly get excited to see my girlfriend on weekends... well I do those things lately(as sort of medicine) and it really help me a lot.
