Well I am a very unhappy man, I was looking around for someone to do some work on my Football Club website, but I found someone and it seems the they where a con men they have not been in touch for 5 days now and said work would be done in a few hours..

The quoted me £120 and asked for half the money upfront so I sent it and ever since they have not been in touch...

This was not my own money it belonged to thee Football club...

I am very cheesed off with this and wanted to know is there anything I can do about these people.

    Thank you

I doubt the police would get involve for an online 60 pounds deal, the payment gateway may be able to reverse the payment though.

Sorry to hear about your loss, you should just pay them a small amount for each progress they make until they complete the deal.

How was the payment funded from your paypal account, was it out of your bank or using your card, either way in UK law anyway you can get your money back, if paypal will not let you open a disputer then file it directly with the financial institution that funded the transaction, they are obligated under law to return the funds.
