Hey guys I'm just trying to figure out the best way to pinpoint a realistic CPM for my website. 45k uniques a day at 39m page-views a month. I'm know the ad network market well, but I'm pretty much lost when it comes to figuring out what I should be charging folks on direct sales. Demographics-males 15-25/sports/95%USA

I am no pro, but my idea is to start with a major ad network (like Tribal Fusion or Value Click), see how much they pay you, and then try charge your customers a bit more than your eCPM over there.. ^^"

our eCPM from Value Click is under fifty cents... :(

I would charge $5 to start and see if there is demand. Don't be ashamed to raise or lower the price depending on demand.

Mentos, he/she's not asking about what network to chose, but what he/she should charge to get his/her own advertisers.
