I use the following: Add this Social Bookmarking Widget Adsense Manager (Works for all ads) All In One SEO Pack (can't live without) No-Follow Free (If you want to give a do follow link for comments) I have added and deleted others but these are the ones I liked and stuck with.

I'd really recomment one-click install, because that's going to make installing all the other plugins you want to try, and new themes, so much easier.
