PR3 Site - 57K Alexa -SOLD

Hi Everyone,

I am selling my free web hosting site http://www.iifree.net, I have no time to manage it, I am very busy on the main hosting company iipanel.net.

iiFree provide free hosting with no ads.

- This website has a unique custom design made by myself. You won't find such an amazing looking site on a free web hosting site.

- I paid $300 to get the software custom coded. Customers pay us to enable MySQL and Sendmail functions.

- Another way of generating profit is google adsense, generated $40 last month (I hardly maintained the site that's why google income dropped).

- I pushed the site to become PR4 back in March, but now it dropped to PR3.

- My main aim was to make it PR4 and start earning money from advertisements which has a very big potential as an additional income.

- I ignored the site alot in the past 2 months and I still got up to 12-15 payments for mysql and sendmail enabling, each costs $6.95/one time fee.

- We have nearly 6k users, we had 10k but I removed all the inactive users.

- The total cost to keep this up is $102 per month. I was easily covering costs but now I dont have time to look after the site.

With Adsense, mysql sendmail enabling and advertisements you could easily make loads of money from this site.

Seriously I am very sad to sell the site because I spent alot of time making it become in the great shape and style that it is on right now. If I did not get the price that deserves my hard work then I won't sell it.

Have you been checking new accounts for adult/warez/illegal content?

 

Not for the past 2 months. Before that I used to weed all the abusive accounts on daily basis.

 

OK.
Ive got a free host, and spend some time everyday checkin new accounts & accounts using a lot of BW to check they arent illegal.

Checking 6000 active user accounts might take me a while!

Anyway, Im interested, going to keep an eye on this and see how high the price goes!
