sitemap generated from mysql db

I'm wondering is there any tool to generate full sitemap from sql database? let me explain: you have db full of music artists, songs, etc. all about 1kk+ pages, and it's A LOT of time to generate it with direct requests to webserver. So the tool must generate urls according to preconstructed template (as i think it will take 5-10 mins to build full xml sitemap directly from db)

You have to write it yourself or have it written for you because it must be tailored to the structure of your database.

i create it myself from database. for my lyrics website!

 

This tool will spider ALL his pages to generate a site map, obviously that's not what he wants, read his post!
