    Be serious who says you have enouf backlinks for PR 3 nobody knows how many backlinks you need for PR3 ...
    PR updates once 3-4 months olso .... PR is just a number nothing special
    Pr doesn't mean traffic ....

    well it's obviously bs then if you don't have a pr3 isn't it...

    most PR sites are pretty much worthless ;)

    "The site". Unless Google says you have enough any other site is doing plain stupid guesswork.

    Forget PR and move on. Make a darn useful site and it will get a high PR, then you can sell some links if you're so bothered.

    even if that site said you have enough to be PR3,
    and pretending PR is a godly thing,

    you need to wait google to update PR.
    google dont update pr daily, only quarterly or so..

    Another thing to add...I wouldn't be totally dependent on PR prediction tools. They are hardly if any, accurate.
