Hey everyone After spending a bit of time to find the right products and working to get keywords and ads to convert I have made a sale every day for 7 days in a row. First full week Just some encouragement for others!!!! Hope you are able to do the same..
Thank you...I knew it was 8 days...wanted to do one better lol.... Thanks What I can't seem to do is get over $100.00 per day.....guess maybe I need to spend a bit more than I have budgeted......seems so hard to do....
Going just by the above, you seem to be making $600-800 a month. How much of that is pure profit? -- Beyond the PPC costs. Some estimates and figures should be useful here.
You need to promote products that pay more, some of them like conversational hypnosis pays $100 per sale. Think Big
Atta boy! I like to see this - Sem: You have come a long way, and I remember when you couldn't convert This should be a testiment to the rest of you that CB works, adspend aside - the more you convert, the more data you have to analyze, the more you can tweak and start experimenting with lower costs/other avenues of traffic... .. Sem just proved how to flip money - stock market style - invest low - sell high - profit. Cheers to you bro! **Don't worry about selling prime products yet, lower $ via volume usually wins anyway, focus on conversions, and analyze them closely to duplicate them... NC.
Hey SEM congrats! My sales have picked up since the beginning of the month sales have doubled but one day no sales so trying to figure that out. Just natural search no PPC.
Thats great...always good to see others doing well....sort of validation for the rest of us that we will do well. I spent $230.00 last month to earn the aproximate $800.00 Of that $800.00 about 15% came from organic SERP I think this is true to some extent but I also try to look at what people need or products that are in constant demand over what they want....and I also think I would need a larger budget initially to be able to market higher dollar items. One product is a 7 page site. One is a html redirect and one is a true landing page. I spent too many years working for others, seeing them get their rankings or ppc straight walking away... before it dawned on me to do more for myself, and so I had to relearn alot. I did a lot of what I wanted to have work,,,,,what I wanted to earn money from.....and that was a huge mistake.... through asking you questions, rereading some posts where I argued and ranted against advice others gave,,,trying not to be such a hard head and feel my way was the right way.... I learned that marketing is not about what I want.... but what the consumer wants. From there it is data mining, weeding out what works, and refining. I'll have the pig back up and running tomorrow... Thank you to all of you for your encouragement.....it makes me want to push harder & further....
I am new to ppc advertising and I was wondering what your average cost per click is. What ranking are you looking for? Do you keep your keywords specific and to a minimum or do you have luck with broad keywords? I know i'm asking alot, but the info sure would help.
Bids are $1.00 or less , most $0.50 On search side 2 to 4 or 6 to 8 Depends where conversions are best. I start a campaign for search and a campaign for content. in each campaign are three adgroups one broad, one phrase, one exact. I try to start with a large selection of keywords that research shows have a good amount of daily search queries. I exclude sites with content match, and I use demographic exclusion. For example football apparel I exclude females. (Never pay extra for demographic advertising just exclude who you don't want to see your ads.) And or all campaigns I use a minimum 19 negative keywords. You can find them here PPC Negative Keywords Hope it helps shorten your learning curve.
