huge account deduction

This is now the 2nd time I've had a bad experience with CJ - the first time was when $75 was taken from my account with no explanation...now, I logged in last week to see $163.74 deducted from my account (with no explanation as usual) and this is just unacceptable. I emailed CJ and asked for an explanation as to why this was taken from my account. It's now 5 days later and I have no response.

What do you have to do to get an answer from them, take them to court?

Has anyone else dealt with this?

Look in your transaction reports for a reversed commission. That will have a reason listed in the details.

Johu, that's the strange part. It lists a total commission with no deductions. I even clicked the details link for all of the ones that cashed in, and none of them are showing deductions or notes of any kind...

    Look under the "corrected" column.

Don't sad, everything has it's reason. CJ is reliable.
So many people not pay after advanced order, so many people return them staff get refund.
CJ is not a fantasy world, that every transaction is satisfaction. It is a real world.

when you are viewing the commission make sure you select to view all types so you can see canceled or corrected commissions.

I wouldn't call it "crying out" and the whole point of an affiliate marketing forum is to discuss problems with networks & issues with publishers. If nobody ever cried out then Commission Junction would never improve on their program. And the whole point of the origional posters message was that CJ had already been contacted and hadn't been helpful with support. I think this is a major issue and there should be a standard procedure to protect affiliate marketers. I had a $180 commission reversed a few months ago without ever getting any reply to my inquiry. Take care and Lets be a little more kind & helpful.

In the past I have also had money deducted without explanation and never a reply from CJ. If they had a legit reason they would be transparent. It's a scam.
