For the second day in a row, I've visited one of my sites and have been redirected to this page: http://www.5starltb.com/site/index.asp?DL=137774&page=103279&ad=29388 I have about 3 different ad programs and don't know where it could be coming from, or if it's even a problem with the ads. I probably have a virus on my own computer. Have you or any of your visitors reported the same website for the same problem? Also, I have another problem-which makes me think that I may have a virus. For some reason, every once in a while, something like this will happen: The AdSense 300x250 text will be replaced with part of the AdBrite 120x600 ad. The AdSense 300x250 image ad will be replaced by the AdBrite 300x250 ad. These are just examples, but I'm letting you know that the ads all appear, but in the wrong place on my site;they appear in other ads' spots. Have you or any of your visitors had the same problem? Hopefully I don't have a virus.
You probably should contact your ad providor and notify them of the malicious advertiser(s) campaigns. And yes I've been seeing Adsense Ad in Adbrite, I check the Pub ID it wasn't mine. Not really sure what is going on with that. Also you probably shouldn't post live links to a virus website.
Zango is famous for delivering spyware, malware and unwanted downloads, there must be a bit more of those malicious schemes.
It's good to hear that, I like their affiliate program but I didn't want to associate any of my sites to a malware advertiser, thanks for the heads up
Wow! I didn't aware that ads can contain virus. Weird!!! Nice to know it. So should we have Adsense and Adbrite together?
Get a good antivirus program and run it on your computer. I prefer Kaspersky, but there are free ones like AVG that are ok. What company are you using for ads? Some of the lower tier CPM ad companies have virus/trojan ads. Best to remove those from your site if you have them. Also, Google will identify security risks from sites and put up a warning by your search engine listing. Traffic will tank if that happens. Hope you solve the problem...
