WANTED: Manual Reciprocal Link Exchanging Service

I am looking for some sort of assistant who will help me build links for some of my websites. Here is how I imagine it working:

1. I send you a list of websites that have some sort of "Links" page or directory.

2. You go to each website and read their instructions for getting my link on their site. Typically you have to place their link on my site, then send them an email or submit a form.

3. You have access to my "resource directory" where you add their link to my site.

4. You send them an email or fill out their form (whatever their directions are) and mention that I am linking to them by sending them the URL which contains their link.

5. Your work is verified by the # of new sites listed on my site, and emails sent out.

6. You are paid either by # of sites which you send requests to or # or reciprocal links you manage to get me after a certain amount of time.

Does anyone have experience hiring someone to do this? Does anyone do this? Maybe there is a quality software that helps semi-automate this process?

Would anyone be interested in some sort of combined payment schedule? - I could pay per link exchange request AND successful link exchange.

I have figured out what seems to be a fair payment schedule:

Base price per link exchange request: $0.20

Bonus per successful link exchange (based on PR of page containing my link)
PR NA: $0.20
PR 0: $0.25
PR 1: $0.50
PR 2: $1.00
PR 3: $2.00
PR 4: $5.00

I would send payment via paypal. We can discuss payment terms through PM. If you have low post count/low I-trader, I would not feel comfortable initially sending you a pre-payment.

Again, I have several sites needing this service. If it is a win-win situation for the first site, it could lead to thousands of dollars of work for you.
