$100 Uncoded Wordpress Theme

I've decided to make a contest. I need a professional elegant wordpress theme designed (only designed - that means only PSD - I will code it myself).

The theme will be for a seo blog that will be located at seowebtips.com.

One important thing: I reserve right not to choose any winner of this contest. Just in case I wouldn't like any of the themes submitted.

How should it look like? Well, you're designers so you should know better than me though I can give you few "indiciums":
- I like blue color so you should choose a color scheme that contains blue color (some ideas: blue/green, blue/orange, blue/dark red... you can of course come up with your own color scheme...)
- I don't need a logo - I need only the theme designed. Though if you feel creative you can also make some logo that will fit the theme. It will be only plus for you.
- Ok. I'm going to give you few examples of wordpress themes I like (but that's just for your inspiration... of course I want it to look different ):

Some handy additional details:
1) I'd like fixed width layout rather than fluid one.
2) There should be an "subscribe by email" RSS option in the sidebar.
3) There will be few pages (4 or 5) so there might be also some horizontal menu but it shouldn't be 100% wide because the number of pages will chnage in future.

Are we not allowed to see the entry the other designer submitted? I'm not thinking about copying any concept or anything. It's just that I only pick fights I know I have a chance of winning. LOL..
