I just have gotten lazy and no longer wish to develop the website, I do not have the time to write any articles on my own, nor make the website active to its full potential.

    really nice looking site, too bad it has not finished (seems to be a lot of dead links) and marketed yet, then it could be worth much more

    Yea.. I have no time to write any articles and fully develop it because of schooling and my new job.. been working 5-6 days a week... + I spent most of my funds on just the development of the site, cannot regulate much more cash flow to further develop it ATM..

    I think that is a good price for it, i don't think people realize how much just a good design is worth. You could of done a freelance job for more money than that. So for someone who is interested in poker websites, this should be a great buy plus it has a good domain name. Good luck.
