I want to make paypal for payment But I dont have credit card. Can I make it? How can I withdraw payment if I have no credit card?

Hey Yes you can surely withdraw money if you don't have Credit Card but there should be some limit for that. You can go for VCC (Virtual Credit Cards) for verifying PayPal account so you will not needed the Real Credit Card

Same here, I also don't have a Credit Card or bank account, and I can't spend from my paypal at all.
So, I sent a PM to shags, he asked me to send 5USD to him.
If I could do that, I wouldn't be PMing him in the first place.
He refused to help me, saynig I am not trustworthy.S
