    The server has already been paid for a year, so I am sure that we will still be here in a months time.

    Warez Indexing only as that is legal, where as hosting warez files on the server is not.

    Its working fine for me and all the people on it.

    Server load is around 1.69
    and memory usage is 15%

    So i don't know why you have had any problems with the site.

    Thats strange, looks fine here loading quick as well.

    Also uptime is currently 10 hours 3 minutes (was a server update before)

    Will have a look and ask some other people if they are having any problems.

    We have had alook at the server and can find no records of spikes in cpu, memory, network or any down time.

    Also there have been no reports from people on the server about down time or their sites been slow....

    If you don't mind could you both send me your ip's so i can make sure that its not a connection problem?

    Paypal should not charge you for using your card, it charges the person receiving the money instead.

    What account are you wanting to transfer? is there databases included in the site or just static pages?
