The problem i see is its a landing page. And unless someone is running the same adwords campaign as you. The sale is not going to happen. And thats why people are reluctant to buy it.

Its a landing page. Without him giving you info on the adwords campaign, your not going to make the same profit. Simple as that. Thats why the BIN is so low.

 

TelevisionShows: Please stop trashing my thread. If you read my post you would clearly see that its NOT just a landing page. There is a website, and the landing page. And also AGAIN if you read my post you would see that I will give you details on the adwords campaign to the new owner, including KeyWords, price per click to bid, etc.

Any one stating that why is BIN so low, thats an understandable question. The BIN is only $650 because the campaign takes money and I don't have any more to refill into my account, until the hostgator check comes which takes about a month or two. So basically for me the site is done, so its time to sell.
