PR3 Directory with Premium Domain

Hi

I am considering selling a directory I set up and have been waiting to go live with. The reason to sell would be that I already have my main directory, and have recently been working on a second adult directory which leaves me with no time to promote and work on this 3rd directory. The 3rd directory was set up, left to age... then back links built and some sites added.

Now the directory is PR3, the domain and site has aged... its basicaly ready to go and for someone who wants a 'ready to go' directory its perfect.

The site also comes with a custom theme, logo and a premium domain!!
