2checkout accepting paypal payment can solve paypal prob for many

No point to believe this. 2co is a big company and have enough fund , resource to arrange required infrastructure and skilled and experienced professionals. I have been using 2co for many years .No problem so far. And their back end never seems to me a work of nine year child.

wel i don't know about send money only limit, please explain me, what does it mean? if some one signup for paypal account, can he only send money? but how he can send if he cant receive?

 

Although can't recieve (but could send), we cud load money using Credit cards
