GoDaddy down again!!!

My domain tutorialparadise.com has been down for the last 4 hours. This is the second time in 3 months that it's been down, and whats worse is it is down during peak hour. I have lost about 6000 impressions due to this. I have just sent them a nice email, and am yet waiting for their reply and for my site to come back up.

I'm very angry with this. I have about 15 domains with godaddy, and the only one that is down is my highest traffic website!

Is anyone else having problems with godaddy today?

Yes, call them - why would only one site be down - if there was a problem with godaddy wouldn't all sites be down. Sounds like it mighit be something that could be fixed.

I'm from Australia, I don't know if I should call. I've never called before. Any of you's called before? Is it expensive?

Yeh i dont know why its just 1 domain, I've tried pinging the server that its sitting on, and i'm not getting a response from it, yet all the other domains are getting a response.

I found another one anthonylipari.net is also down that is hosted with godaddy.

    it's 24/7 Sales and Support: (480) 505-8877 right?

Do i need to call up USA first, or do i just put those exact digits in my phone and it will go straight to them?

you have to add the usa coda..0014805058877..that's the number..then listen to the options..and then enter your customer code..and then pray not to wait more than 10 min :)

no i didnt touch a thing, this error has only just come up in the last 5 minutes. before then there was no error it was just a blank page timing out. so maybe they are playing around with it.

If you have sharing hosting is time to move to the next level: Dedicated Hosting. You can try with VPS but from my experience with godaddy the best way is DEDICATED!

Core 2 Duo, Minim 1 Gb RAM

    - for OS chose "Fedora Core 7" not CentOS. (From my experience FC7 is more stable)
    - for CPU (Celeron or P4 is to weak for high peak trafic >1000 user online)
    - 1'st install some php accelerator (without accelerator server will crash in 5 minutes or faster in high trafic)
    - 2'nd tuning mysql (max user, memory variable, etc)
