    26. start or make sections like create a support ticket for the times you may not be online

    27. one more section can be made about Download E-Manual where in people can have a look at the functioning of the stuff they buy in advance, also it might function as a good resource if they loose the manual like i do at times.

    28. for registered users a download center with software updates and other such stuff can be added

    29. in the Accessories section you could easily add stuff like carry bags and other such things that would make it easier to transport items

    30. make sections like New Arrivals to tell whats new in the store

    31. the ones"s with combo deals they can come under the section Combo Deals

    32. add something complementary to what you sell like if some one buys the charger batteries and the camera you could include the carry bag for the charger free or something like that.

    33. offer regular buyers cash points or something similar that they can redeem for something from the store

    66. i have said it earlier and will say it again that include a repair forum or add a link for the repair services like locate repair services if any you could either just act as a link director or take an important part in the process of providing whole support for what you sell, if something after usage does not function properly and they want to have it serviced they can come back to your site to look up whether you offer repairs and servicing?
    if you can then well and good and they can ship the product to you and you can charge them accordingly get it fixed and send it back again, if in case you cannot you can provide links to places where they can service or the address.
    one added advantage of this is you could provide users with an annual maintaince contract or AMC where in you look up and service their products for a fee every year.
    another advantage is they again come back to your site and who knows they just might find another model more attractive and buy it but they will never buy something if it wasn't value for money and they knew would have no servicing later on.
    one more thing that will help you in is if you add locate repair centers as you can either charge some amount to add their links or work on a link exchange and this can either get you revenue or back links or even both !

    but then again thats just my thinking.

    i tried it for three legal addresses on us based and two in Asia but it does not seem to work and if one clicks help and support department all it shows is a form to be filled and not many details.

    82. also i cannot submit my orders whether thats because of the address or anything im not very sure right now but when i click submit i am redirected to the top of checkout page.

    I gave some things a "N" which were a little exoctic or "weird" as you call it yourself
    BUT this is the right sign that we went deep enough into the brainstorming of new ideas.
    I feel like i need to support such profound thinking and I add an extra 5$ to your account.

    You copied the cart totals from the screen but if you paste it afterwards a lot of hidden information is shown as well (this will have something to do with the smarty engine behind the scenes) Also some problems are related to the fact that there was no shipping method defined for outside the EU, please try again with three different accounts, one in Belgium, one in the Netherlands and one in the US (the one you have now). This will cover all different situations. Your last remarque really isn't good news. Let me know if it keeps happening.

    Here is the analysis but please redo these things with the three different acounts, use the buy together, change options, just press every possible button :d

Every time i get the error mentioned above though i am logged in when i choose the home page url it opens in dutch and shows i am not logged in but when i change the language preference it shows i am logged in. something perhaps to do with cookie setting of your site or possibly a conflict with firefox?

    If you only look at your screen and not what you've copy pasted, almost all your remarques are solved.
    I hope this makes sense.

    Other remarques are that indeed at pickup there should be no shipping cost and it's correct that as a non EU inhabitant there should be no VAT calculated.

    I've someone working on the checkout page which isn't redirecting correctly.
    However I cannot reproduce the things you tell.

    yes thats true these details come in only when i copy paste the details to a text file, and this sort of detail personally i appreciate, it shows to the customer that everything is crystal clear and he's not being ripped.


    hmmm if thats the case then its okay.
    Just a thought that came to my mind :there is VAT and other taxes in many other non EU countries too, so if its tax deducted at source wouldn't it be better? or is it that there will be different rates for different countries?
    if thats the case the end consumer will have to pay extra right if VAT or some tax is added then they might feel cheated as they have to pay more.
    i know you will say this is dealt in TOS and put in black and white but still wouldn't it be better if in fine print an advisory can be there on the check out page when the country to be shipped to is a NON EU country?

    so these will need some correcting i guess

    i will send him a email with the errors that i get and if i get them again i will send him screen shots too.

    will proceed with further tests and let you know the results

    i think its something that might need to be configured perhaps in the cart system you have
    hmm yes i will post pics after testing it out yet again
