    Your not going to get that much RAM for that budget. Your going to get maybe 2-3 depending on what kind of RAM (ECC FB/DDR2 etc)

    2.8GHZ Dual-Core CPU
    80GB Hard Disk
    1,000GB Bandwidth
    4GB RAM
    Windows Server 2003 Standard

    Or I can do 2GB RAM for $120 ;)
