    Hi,

    Are you allowed to use Adsense on multiple sites/domains that have content?

    If so whats the best way to make sure your using the best method to increase income.

    Whats the best way to manage all the sites, is it best to put up a plain page with Adsense ads or are there other ways?

    you need blend your ads with your contents to get more adsense revenue.

    Yes. I have a number of domains that are parked via Sedo and if I can make each site pay then I'll remove them and add adsense to all the sites.

    You can add adsense to all your sites.

    Try to optimize your ads placements. Get lot of traffic.
