Need a freelance Code/Programmer

Hi,

I am looking for a programmer who is knowledgeable in both PHP and AJAX (Javascript and XML).
Commitment is required as our time frame for completetion if 4 weeks. Unfortunately, due to heavy financial restraints, we cannot pay. However, we are more than happy to have a large team working on the site.

so you want a large team of programmers to work for free for a month.....at least offer them something when you make something.

 

that's a good point - but I don't know what to offer - Staff membership of the project maybe?

What's your strategy if at the end of 4 weeks you haven't found a team of programmers to work for free? Somethings got to give: time or money.

 

Well, at least you are honest that you cannot pay. Better be that way than promising payment and then suddenly vanish. Try looking for new programmers looking to build up their portfolio.

The problem is, with the amount of work you're looking for you need full time freelance programmers. These people make their living doing jobs so they can't just take a month off without getting paid. The other people that have other jobs and program on the side won't be able to give you the time you need.

 

hmm ok, maybe I should change the request to voluntary coders, who want experience.. ?
