Sometime back i made this post and got rediculed by many. But being an elderly man I took it to my side and laughed at my younger friends. This post is corollary to it. Now i will give you the answer. Yes you can make decent amount provided you follow the following 7( It can be more) basic rules.

1)Select a product that is genuine and made with some extra effort
    2) select a product with a low gravity
    3) select a product about which you can write waking up at midnight
    4)write write and write
    5) Never ever recommend any product . I learned this lesson from this forum
    6) Have a nice and convincing landing page
7)Visualize that your product is being sold online every day.

    Good luck .

Yep, its very possible, but its not a get rich quick scheme. It takes some hard work, analytic review, and then lots of writing. But it is doable!

    Yep!
That is the biggest mistake people make... They don't make any money in the first week and quit... People should realize that Internet Marketing is just like ANY OTHER business... takes lots of time and effort.

So true. I tried article marketing for a bit, made one small sale, then I didn't do anything for about a month. Around 30 days later made another sale from those same articles I hadn't touched since and realized it was time to roll up the sleeves and get to work. Write, write, and then write some more! There was a great post on the Warrior Forum about an individual who had gotten up to 1500 articles on EzineArticles. And yes, he was making great money on a consistent basis due to those articles.

Could you explain what you mean by that? Are you talking about not saying "I recommend for you to check out this product, etc." in the resource box of an article? If so, what is the best thing to write in the resource box?

Learning how to write an effective resource box is just as important as the article itself. Yes, it is so easy to simply just write...for a complete review of the following blablabla click here, blablabla.

Will you get clickthroughs, sure will the % totally suck, sure will.

The resource box needs as much consideration as the article itself.

I'll use dog training as an example since, I've never promoted the niche no nothing about the niche and will attempt to write a half way decent resource box on the spot here..

Learning to mold your dog into the perfect mans best friend goes well beyond the scope that one simple article can provide. However, these tips should give you some insight into the steps you can take to help correct your dogs behavior. Homer Simpson has studied dog training and how a dogs behaviour affects not only its happiness but the happiness of its owner in great detail. For further information and a full review of what dog training courses are effective and which ones are not you can check out...link...which also includes a free 5 day email course on additional top dog training tips that will have your dog sitting pretty faster then you can retrieve a stick.

This is just an example, and not necessarily the best resource box, as I do not know the niche, or ever tried I just wrote this in 2 minutes without editing anything..But things I would include if this was an actual resource box, the tags (keywords) of my article written into the sentance structure etc..the idea is to make the resource box flow with the article and produce a response, get to your landing page/site..just saying click here for more info will get clicks but the clickthrough % will suck royal banannas.

Yeah. The resource box definitely should have something that makes people want to actually click on it. Like you did with your example with the free course. People like that because courses are informative and it's free.

I was always unsure of whether I should recommend products in my reviews. I usually do recommend a product if I am reviewing more than one product at a time. But if you get more hits without recommending anything, then i'll switch to that.

Thanks for all of You especially for Alexs464 and grayth for sharing their valuable advice for the benifit of all here. It is nice to know that there are quite a good number of members here who care for others! I am reminded of the popular chinese proverb, which conveys something like this " What I saved I lost .. What i gave I gained" . Good luck to all of you!

Wow, OK- what i found reading that was that there was a lot of repetition of certain words- was that intended?

I've tested both low gravity and high gravity and I've done consistently better with high gravity products (that's just my experience though).
