help me to get rank 1 for a keyword

hi dpers i have a blog

and it is in 5th position out of 3450000 results...for the following keyword

my blogs pr is just 1 that too recently updated.

can you tell me is it good for this much of work ? and what more should i do to better it.

so far i have just 1 article on seo on my blog related to google rank 1

 

Are you sure there are at least some daily searches for that phrase? I don't think so.
In my opinion you should analyze and choose a better keyword to optimize for.

 

even TNX website ,whose link is in digitalpoint search result above used same keyword

well if some one needs SEO top rank on google...he would go for this one? ryt?

all traffic over net dnt want SEO one

 

It looks to me nobody search that phrase. So even if you rank high you will get little to no traffic.
Wait for someone else to confirm that and go find other keywords

Ranking high shouldn't be that difficult.

When you search in quotes you can see the actual number of sites optimized for that phrase
I don't wont to argue here. My opinion is written above. Lets wait for some other users to tell what they think.

I suggest you build backlinks and use the keyword in the anchor text.

Google give a New Content Boost to new pages and new sites, this boost helps them rank high in search results. But this boost is only temporary.

Lets hope your site is not on the 5th position because of this boost. If it is, then your site will vanish from the search results after some time.

 

my blog is over 2-3 months old...and it got this rank 5 for the keyword after PR UPDATE....

but no one uses quoted search as far as normal users are concerned...

i know it got more precise of quotes but its hardly used by laymans

 

Start link building. Make your anchor text your target keyword. But beware of google bombing.

 

First Check on site SEO of first 3 website that ranked on the top right now.
look for meta keyword, meta description,<title> and keywords used on the page.

Second compare Link popularity between above three and your site using following :

There you have it . Just tried to focus on area you are missing from your above websites.

Dont you think that the keyword has 3450000 competitors for it...and moreover if anyone have to get to top of google..wont he search for this keyword

your suggestion seems interesting...btw i have one competitor as DP itself

I think your rank will up if you add your title tag <title>Get Rank one on Google</title> to <title>Get Rank one on Google, Get Rank 1 on Google</title> <


Also make a footer and write something about your blog with keyword in it .

I am really agree with Zessy. First you shud choose a better keyword for your Blog. Don't waist your time for such a bad keyword. And also don't ignore keyword search in qoutes, it gives you direct traffic results.

I think you don't know how to select a keyword first learn then do arguments with others.

 

In my opinion request get rank 1 on google is rubbish. Furthermore your blog is TOP1 if your search will be done with quotes. "get rank 1 on google" top1 out of 299 - not grate deal.
This blog is not optimized for this phrase at all. If you do not want optimize your web page for some searches - then you need to have strong backlinks...

 

first of all i dont think quote will have any impact i have webmasters tool installed ....and according to it their are hardly any search term with quotes being searched where my blog appeared...
