LOGO SPECIFICATIONS​

- THE LOGO MUST BE UNIQUE. I don't want anything that is used already or looks a lot like one in use.
- I prefer the logo to be vector-based but I will allow Photoshop file entries. If you enter a photoshop logo I want the template to be 600 dpi and it needs to be at least 640x480 in size. I might be using it for a large life-sized banner, that is the reason for the above specifications.
- The slogan will be: Video Tutorials & Advise for Beginners
- I would like a mascot to be included in the design but I am open-minded at the moment to any/all design ideas
- I want the color of the logo to be blue or blue and black. I am a little open-minded on this, if you think your logo looks better with other colors please feel free to show me what you have in mind.
- I would like a Web 2.0 design that is very easy on the eyes
- Not sure if it matters for the logo design but the site will offer free video tutorials and advise on the internet, computer applications and windows. The site will be targeted to computer and internet newbies who hardly know anything about any of the mentioned technologies and barely know how to turn on their computer and log into windows properly.

It's a cool, clean font but I would like to separate the 3 words in the domain name. Also the play button doesn't seem too unique.

 

When you mean seperate, you mean the color of each word?

It took me a lot of time to design this and I want it to go to a good home.

 

I'd just like to point out that the vast majority of entries, understandably due to the typo in the original instructions, have made a grammatical error by putting 'advise' (verb) rather than 'advice' (noun)

Make sure the finalized design has this amended – nothing says poor design work quite like a typo.
