Do you know, how to add banners on top when you surf.
    Come here: http://pimpmyinfo.com/browse.php?u=://www.cmyip.com/&b=20
I wanna add banners by this: Options: Encode URL Encode Page (beta) Allow Cookies Remove Scripts Remove Images Remove Flash
How can I make that? And does adbrite or smth else accept that? Does it allow to put here?

adversal - not accepting new applicants
    adengage - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=825177, no thanks
casalemedia - I don't think they accept proxies.
    thanks anyways.

Any others? Still awaiting a reply from paypopup.

I put them in the framedForm.inc.php, assuming your using Glype. As for your second question, yes except Adsense & maybe a few others, read their ToS or better yet ask them.

I have also tried clickbooth and friendfinder. Though they have promising payout amounts I just wasnt getting the conversion to make it worth while. I personally am pleased with the Adbrite,BidVertiser combo

What's a good adsense alternative for my home pages? My account was disabled for no reason and I am waiting for it to be reinstated. In the mean time, I would like to replace the ads with something else.

I already have adbrite but they don't pay much for clicks. Can anyone suggest something (please list advantages and disadvantages, and general info)? I will sign up under your aff link. I'm thinking about Canep or Widgetbucks, but not sure how their ads work and how they pay. Thanks

you could try Bidvertiser on the main page, they pay per click where as Canep is CPM & is better used on the proxy pages. As well as using Bidvertiser on the main page you can also use Kontera (text links) as well. Adtoll maybe another option but they pay low per click unless you can get a few advertisers.
Matched.co.uk maybe another option, I have seen many proxies using them, 5 sites x 5pages per site x $3 pounds = $75 pounds ($148 US)

This may be a off-topic, but are there any proxies that cannot be blocked? Like that can't be banned by schools?

    hi guys,
my vps server crashed this weekend. it cannot handle all the connections.. :( previously i hosted on the server 6 proxy site. but now only 3 and the memory keep being used at 512mb. i am thinking of getting a new vps.. any idea on the specification to handle about 6 proxy site with average traffic of 300 visits a day per site? some of the vps offer 512 ram but burstable to 4 gb. what is burstable? if my server keep using 4 gb everyday, wouldnt it piss off the server owner? Any idea of what specification should i be looking into in the new vps:

    disk space:
    RAM:
    Bandwith:
Network speed(some offer 2mb, some 10mb.. thus 2 mb sufficient?):

really appreaciate any help i can get here. Thank you
