I just have a blog. Should I wait until I have quite a few posts or should I just apply now. I have lik 12 posts.

You can go ahead and apply now. CJ is very easy to get in to, or atleast for me it was.

It was easy for me too wihen I was just building my first website, get paid was really hard though because of the number of "deactivated" advertisers you may face, but don't take my word for it because that was long time ago and things might changed so try it yourself.

    Good luck :)

I just signed up and the approval was instant. This is the second time I have applied with them. I forgot my login for my old account. The most frustrating thing is getting approval to each program so I am just applying to them all and letting them sort it out.

I think it's fairly easy to get approved by CJ.

The key is then next you need to get approved by each merchant you want to work with. Some don't accept new affiliates, some restrict certain countries and many won't accept you unless you are in a relevant niche.

But applying with a blog in itself should not pose a problem as long as it's targeted to the merchant market.

Having a few posts before you apply is a good idea though. Keep in mind you won't make any sales until you start getting lots of traffic, so you don't really need to worry about getting affiliate links up right away anyway. Focus on content, then traffic, then start joining programs.

    My 2 cents... :)

I would have some good post before you apply. This way you can apply for more advertisers and products.

You can easily sign up to CJ and insert the codes into your blog, but the problem is that unless your blog is a niche, you aren't going to get many clicks..
