Few hours/days/weeks?

The only reason why it used to make so much money is because people were suing, lawyers were making a lot of money, there was huge demand on ads + return on investment and very little supply. So i wont be surprised if you won't even get any mesothelioma related ads.
You're not going to show up in Google for Mesothelioma until about page 5,000,000. I would not expect any organic traffic for that keyword or any clicks.
you start getting targeted ads once google is done indexing your site. can take upto 24-48 hours from the time you put up the adsense code. but usually doesn;t take any more than few hours
Normally, the ads will become targeted again in about 24 hours. Or you may use section targeting to guide AdSense bots to crawl so as to get more relevant ads.
