What will i do to get my ranking back again...yesterday i was just on the first page of google then today i was gone..what can i do to get back on page one
Many factors come to mind. Is is a new site ? It could be just Google Dancing. What kind of site do you have ? Could it had been penalised ? Build more relevant backlinks.
Nope its just a page of my site that ranks well for the first week since it has been posted. I hope so.. Just a personal site, which i entered this single post in a contest for a certain keyword. How can i check if that post is penalized? Through link building? the only concern of mine is that will i still continue the link building process for that certain post.
I believe this could be the cause. Many have reported new content ranking high for a week or two, then dropping in SERP. Now comes the real SEO game. Build links.
New pages will get good ranking then go away and get put in the back of the index, build links and wait, that is all you can do.
