BurstNET performed maintenance during peak hours, and not during the schedule as described in the email.

Regardless, it was VPSSell.com's failure to communicate that drove me over the edge. That was a problem of VPSSell.com.

Then why did you call them as scammer ? I read that , they offered you VPS on their new server, if they are scammers then they wont offer it.

There may be communication problem with the datacenter and vpssell, but this doesn't mean that they are scammers , Also, it is not a good thing to open this type of threads in various forums like DP , WHT etc etc against them just because of the downtime. You will understand the situation only if you sell vps. As far as I know, he did his best for getting new server for VPSs.

As DAVE said, you must give him a chance for recovering and setting up all.

I have been in the hosting business since August 2004 - I understand what it is like.

He is a scammer because he did not refund for the time that accounts were inactive, and he still has not given anyone a new account, as he promised. In my book, that means he's a scammer.

I agree with qualityhostings. Well you have a different "hosting book" I guess. I believe highvelocity has already explained the situation why they are not yet done setting up the server and the accounts.

Actually, you use the word "scammer" wrong! A scammer is someone that is on purpose giving you a service to then close down the service and run away with your money!

A company that has an error with the software or network without then knowing before it happends cannot be called a scammer! Defiently not when the company is ordering new servers to re-setup your VPS!!

Yes, i agree with you! You should have got a refund, but it's wrong to call him a scammer!

You guys do realize this scammer still has not given servers to anyone he said he would? Again, he had no intention of setting up again. Several of my friends from FWS tell me he has done this at least once before. Again, he is a scammer - a piece of trash.

I really don't think they will give you your vps back even after this much of abuse from your side.
I read this same comment on lot of other forums started by you.

I am thinking the same way. After all the brouhaha and abuse words you (The Stealthy One) left on vpssell, i don't think you will get your vps or money back. you won some (ruin the reputation of vpssell), you lost some (your money / vps)

No, they no longer exist. And that's the thing - I can understand hostility towards me, but they did not provide service again to any of their other clients. Fraudulent, as I've said before.

Oh really? When was this? I know two other customers (in addition to me) who have not yet gotten their VPSes or a refund.

That really does suck for you, but I feel sorry for that guy to, he's trying to get a business going and because of someone elses behavior, he not only has to start over but he has to get people to trust him again - If you aren't desperate for the money you should give the guy a chance to straighten things out, BUT, he should have given people the option to opt-out of their agreeement.

It's great to help others out but not at the expense of your business-

Indeed. Just communicating with his customers would have been more than enough to keep me happy.

It was about 2 weeks ago.
I always do Daily Backups of my sites, and is something that everybody should do with their sites. I am not hosting anything in the VPS right now.

It was first at Hivelocity DC, it had good Uptime there but now he changed it to atjeu.com and so far, it has 100% Uptime.
