you asked for any other network that pays more than .015 cpc, well lets see, just about every network except yours. who in their right mind would ever sell traffic for that cheap. on my sites, i get over .015 per pageview, even if they dont click on the ad! this is a ripoff.
FYI: there is a big difference between "Loans" adsense ads and clicked traffic from banners in entertainment/bizop niche, so if You know any network that will pay me more than $0.005 for click please provide info here. I will appreciated

Hmm I'm a little bit skeptical because it sounds way too good to be true. Have you had other people advertise with you before? If so, how well did they convert? I'm just wondering because a lot of people that do this sort of a thing have many foreign useless visitors to U.S. only offers. This brings convertion down by a lot.
US offers receive US traffic but all traffic will be useful for visiting blogs, commenting, clicking on another banners and links, viral traffic... of course if You will send to network 90% of non-english speaking and incentivized traffic - I`ll just pay You for all clicks during test period only. and sorry for my english
