If it were possible - there would have already been altered events in the time line leading to parallel universes and possible different outcome. How would we know? People who appear out of nowhere with no background that changed events. Although there could be the argument that we would not know. The fact we are not in a time paradox - or prevented from having existed is one point toward there not being time travelers.

Conversely events recorded in the bible - such as talking bushes and other strange things might very well be these time travelers at work should they exist. Really really really drunk time travelers with nothing better to do.

I never said i believed he was from the future. He could have been anyone from a scientist to a psychic. I just always try to keep an open mind. I mean just because fox news hasnt talked about it doesnt mean it cant happen. Just because you cant feel it, see it or sense it doesnt mean it isnt there. Opps thats called faith. lol

Do you believe he was from the future though?

Having an open mind is ok, But try not to open it so much that your brain falls out.

you didn't answer the question, you avoided it.
the question was "you believe john titor was from the future?" you replied "I never said i believed he was from the future".

I will ask it again in good faith, Do you believe john titor is from the future?

It seems logical that this time machine would work as they said it will only transfer back to the date it was turned on.

I do not however believe in a future past a few hours. It is now 2:01pm Eastern Time which is where I live and it is May 4th. There are countries over 12 hours ahead of me which would mean it is May 5th there. Other then that I do not believe in any future.

Taking this into consideration if the machine works, and I believe it is possible it would, then tomorrow I throw something in the machine and it would return to today. The only problem is how would I verify this? Take that coffee bean for example. If you throw that into the lasers it may just get burnt up by the laser. Obviously they will not test this on humans at first but when they do how would you get back to the future to tell them this machine works?

Being that clip was an excerpt from a program on the Discovery channel I would need to see the whole program as I am sure some of these questions would be answered in other parts of the program.

I can say with absolute certainty that john titor was not from the future. And i'm sure if you just thought about it for even one minute you would be as certain as i am... Just have a think about it and don't mistake gullibility for open mindedness.
