I see lots and lots of bidding directories having gambling links on top page.
But none complaining about their account being freezed..

Previous it happened a lot of time with regular phpld type directories.

    Whats the secret ?

paypal can't check every single transaction.

In countries like England its ok I think.

It's always good to reject gambling/casino links as paypal can catch you any time ....

    People just don't complain.
My account was freezed, and i know 3 more people whose accounts were freezed due to bidding directories.

That's why from then i refund the amount and mail them to send the payment and details directly, not through the website. I would add the link manually.

I never had problems with bids from casino reviews sites.Maybe it is only for links directly pointing to gambling sites and not affiliate??

What country are you in if you dont mind me asking?

Im in the UK, we have different laws regarding gambling and some of the paypal rules, ive been assured by a number of people that it would be ok but im still nervous about accepting anything gambling related, to this day ive still never accepted those types of sites.

Being from the UK does not make the slightest difference. Be warned.
Oftentimes, what happens is that the bidding directories may not be the web address / email address on the account so many will evade Paypal.
If you get caught you are f---ed.

Read my latest blog post if you will.

No. In England gambling online is allowed, unlike in the USA.

Thats why when you login to paypal you get redirected to your countries sub domain.

I use paypal to add funds to my betfair account to gamble. I dont see why selling a link would be any different to be honest.

If your paypal account gets frozan you can always ask a family member to make another one. Or register one in your business' name if your old was a paypal account.

I doubt you will ever get your account closed for selling a gambling advertisement. I'd just get them on the phone and tell them whats what.

Yes MeetHere I am well aware of previous cases. I standby what I said, in that I think every situation can be resolved.

All it would take is a phonecall to explain that a directory link has nothing to do with gambling itself and I'm sure it would be resolved.
