GOOGLE IS UPADTING SERP at Present

From the last two days ... G is updating SERP... So Some of yours site may fall or will go up.... Its quiet natural......... Dont worry... It will be fixed with in hours..

Some of my sites had gone up. I am hopeful about rest. I think Google update SERP on frequent intervals so non of us have to worry.

 

I track about 65 keywords. On as many as half of them, the SERPs change daily, sometimes more than once a day. Google is always updating the SERPs.

 

I have noticed that the serps were dancing around alot at the same time as the pr update but all of mine have now settled and have been pretty static for the last 2 days

 

It's pretty much the same for me too.

 

You are a big player here. I am tracking 3-5 keywords on regular basis.

Things are definitely not "normal." I've been monitoring about 20 keywords for a week now and the last two days have been quite a roller coaster.

Just re-checked 5 of them and looks like things are going back to "normal," but others are going back to the same position as what they used to be. Looks like a Google Dance in the SERPs. (Quotes around normal since SERP stats can't really be considered normal )

 

Thanks for the compliment. Actually, by comparison to many DPers, I'm a pretty small-time webmaster.

The reason I track 65 keywords is the nature of my website (1st signature link). Each one of over 140 inner pages is personally handwritten, unique content, only related to the other pages by the general niche in which the website falls. So I track the main keyword(s) for each page, and of course those KWs differ from page to page. (P.S. For efficiency, I track only KWs that, per WordTracker, receive over 25 daily searches.)

 

I Agree with Jim,

Even i had seen for the particular query search lets say:

Download Poker Games, when i enter my website shows on 12th Pos, and on the very next moment it may be on 16th or 18th pos.

So variation should be always there.

 

Mine fluctuates all the time

 

This is not a new thing from google.

 

Mine is still fluctuating, not very positive at the moment though.

 

My traffic is gone when everytimes google updating.

 

Google is updating it SEPRs every moment.

 

Google update the SERP all the time. I see changes every day. Nothing is stable.

Yes my traffic has completly gone from Google as of about 4 days ago. I hope it will come back soon.

I think although Google is updating all of the time, maybe some advanced updating is going on at the moment?

 

Same with me. My google traffic has completely gone although the pr has increased since the last pr update.

 

Google update SERPs all the time. I check my site position for few keywords everyday, and I see SERPs change very often.
