No, but you look so cute in your black skirt (if that is really you in the picture) that I like you to make me a breakfast. :D

Whatever, freak - I'm not 13, so you're barking up the wrong tree.

I don't doubt you dream about it all the time. This thread is evidence enough.

Dream about discussing serious subjects like individual rights and government limitation with a child, hardly. But what can I do? I can not stop immature children like you to participate in a public forum. :)

Yes, Smyrl is here, Gworld, we can all see that, congrats on pandering - Guerilla must be teaching you well. With this thread you only took an issue as deadly serious as the rape of children and would have the balls to malign others' intent with this issue by the filter of your own perverted worldview.

I do expect to be banned, but do not regret saying enough, to the kind of base depravity exemplified by these two members. They don't give a damn about any principle, people. None whatsoever.

This is a very good question Kaethy, I would like to see Guerilla answer this as well.

    Tell me about it sister.

If there is a rape complaint, then it is clearly illegal. Like I wrote, but no one will address (big surprise there), what if the girl is 14 has two kids, is married to the older man, and loves him as her husband?

You still gunna take the kids away, break up the family, tell the world these kids are the product of rape, the woman (once you have kids, I reckon you are a woman) is a victim of rape, and the man that he is a rapist.

    Is that the "right" outcome?

This is much more nuanced than some boneheaded laws interpreted in a manner that may create victims where there are none, and where creating victims may do a lot more harm than good.

I'd agree. That's a reasonable position. So the question it begs is, which state has the right law then?

No, that is not what I am saying at all.

I'm saying the highest law is that people should not do harm to anyone else.

If people do not believe there is harm done, no one else should dictate that it is. That creates all kinds of room for abuse.

I can't make it clear enough. Under the current system, if there was rape, then it should have been stopped, and arrests made. While there may be statutory rape, which I think is totally bogus, I'm still waiting for some sign that rape was forced. As we've discussed here, what constitutes statutory rape state to state, country to country, time period to time period is different. There is no absolute standard. And I am against subjective laws, where abuse is rampant.

I don't know how anyone can justify a doctrine of the ends justifying the means.

And thus, I can't understand how grabbing all 400 some of these people is justified, when it appears the police did not have a clue what they were doing.

English please. Smyrl is here, so what? Is that some how my fault or something? I haven't reported your posts or anyone else for that matter. I am quite capable of standing my ground without any help from anyone.
If you were serious about this issue and the discussion then you would have try to seriously discuss and answer my questions instead of your usual emotional pleas which are really quite boring for anyone with some kind of intelligence.

Are you saying that statutory rape between a 14 yr. old and 40 yr. old should be legal, as long as the 14 yr. old doesn't mind?

I'd like an answer to my question to you at the end of this post,
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=7630449&postcount=307

    I haven't reported anything either.

I feel sorry for Smyrl, she always gets stuck sorting out P&R.

Btw, I wouldn't be surprised if the guiltiest party is doing the reporting. I've learned one thing, and it is that irrationality is full spectrum.

Please answer my question to you first.

I'm not on trial, I'm not going to get bogged down into NPT/EarlPearl-style tactics of turning every discussion into a referendum on my beliefs and not the issue at hand.

Unbelievable - something to agree on with this punk. I actually reported my own post, and it was on the basis of that reporting that I expected to be banned. Hasn't happened yet, to my surprise.

    To Guerilla's usual,

May I ask why do you avoid all my posts? In South Carolina, sex between a 14 years old and a 40 years old or 70 years old is totally legal and acceptable, are you saying that you are against the law?

No, you answer the question, twerp. This is what I have been saying for months - you play such a card of "principle" until your crap is pointed up, then you will play whatever tactic, pander to any audience, distort any truth and lie any lie, to come to this kind of dead end. I'm obviously through, and have been for a long time.

    You're cards are clearly showing.

Did you report the one with the pictures? It is understandable, you really don't look good with white top and black skirt. May be you should replace the white top with a pink one, it will look much more classy. :D

I don't take orders from people who call me twerp. I can take a lot of abuse, but "twerp" is really pushing it.

Don't worry about it, probably his skirt is too tight and that is the reason it is making him bitchy. :D

That's O.k. Guerilla, I figured I wasn't going to get a direct answer. I think I already know what your answer is. You could say yes or no, but instead are distracting from my question. I didn't answer that particular post you are linking to because it is a continuation from this post, stating I must choose between debating this exclusively on the basis of either legal or moral issues. I stated it is a combination, and refuse to make it only a legal, or only a moral issue. You advised me I have to pick one, and I thought that was ridiculous.
