You still gunna take the kids away, break up the family, tell the world these kids are the product of rape, the woman (once you have kids, I reckon you are a woman) is a victim of rape, and the man that he is a rapist.

If people do not believe there is harm done, no one else should dictate that it is. That creates all kinds of room for abuse.

I can't make it clear enough. Under the current system, if there was rape, then it should have been stopped, and arrests made. While there may be statutory rape, which I think is totally bogus, I'm still waiting for some sign that rape was forced. As we've discussed here, what constitutes statutory rape state to state, country to country, time period to time period is different. There is no absolute standard. And I am against subjective laws, where abuse is rampant.

I don't know how anyone can justify a doctrine of the ends justifying the means.

And thus, I can't understand how grabbing all 400 some of these people is justified, when it appears the police did not have a clue what they were doing.

I didn't answer that particular post you are linking to because it is a continuation from this post, stating I must choose between debating this exclusively on the basis of either legal or moral issues. I stated it is a combination, and refuse to make it only a legal, or only a moral issue. You advised me I have to pick one, and I thought that was ridiculous.
