We do not really monitor each of the hosted account until we receive any complaint. Though, it is recommended not to use any nulled script as we do not allow them according to our TOS, so if we receive any complaint you have to remove those stuffs within the given period by our Abuse department.

As it is stated in our TOS (http://www.mellowhost.com/policies) You cant store files which are not legal or which are scrap files like "Dumping backups", "Increamental Backups" etc, You are also not allowed to bulk share anything. As its a shared server, most of the cases, leeching falls the server performance for a specific user. Which means, File Hosting, Image Hosting type of sites are not really allowed in Mellowhost Network. This restriction is taken to prevent such exploitation.

sometimes one of my friend get a lot of 500 and 404 errors his site is hosted on mellow host so can u just clarify abt dat?

 

I m not really technical about these. I would rather suggest you to contact the support department for assistance. If you are from one of our reseller, please do not hesitate to contact our support. Please include your cpanel username and domain to get faster response and solution. Also include few examples of error.
