Funny how the filters work take
autolanka [dot] org been running for sometime work in our local schools but in

bluecoat its in the proxy category
    lightspeed its in computers

Always thought in someway they worked together so just because one blocks doesnt mean all is lost.
Learn something new everyday I suppose.

Do you think that private registration is a "must have" for proxy domains?

It's nice, but why did you use the word "proxy" in the URL? That way it will just get auto-blocked from most places :p

you should place two 328 X 280 large rectangles above the url form and change the background color , white should be better , but you can make any experiments , also delete the borders of the ads

Yep there is no demand for proxies in the weekend. and the entire summer will be like this too. Which is next month. So anyone starting now is a bad idea. ;)

I'm waiting for September , i think during the summer the demand for proxies from China, Saudi Arabia, Iran and India will be the same but this will not help us with the earnings

I have a new proxy Listing site

    http://www.trymyproxy.com

I only registered it about a month ago and it is moving up the rankings
    fast.
    Look at my alexa rank.
If you have a proxy and want to list it you can.

I've been playing around with hosting and websites on and off for a couple of years now and so far it's just a hobby that's costing me money :(

I'm thinking of having a go at this proxy thing, I'm not looking for a magic
"get rich quick scheme" but I am hoping I could earn enough to pay for my hosting and have a little money left over for other web ventures.

So.. I'm not asking how many of you are making a successfully income from this.
(I'm sure that many people are)

I'm curious how many people haven't been successful.

Are there many people out there that have spent months building proxy networks only to see their bank accounts dwindle?

hosting is a vital key when your running proxies, they might have a few guys around here that had bad luck with the proxy business because there key down fall was the cheap hosting.

We always advise those guys to seek a vps or dedicated to run a network of proxies but they will often have 15 or more proxies spread out among 3 different shared proxy hosting servers. The risk of doing that is the possiblity of the server crashing due to abuse and high cpu usage from others which is also abuse.

The bottom line is if you want to be successful as a new comer:

    1) look for a host that has China and iran banned from the server. This way you won't become smartpriced so easily by adsense. There less abuse on the server which means the likely hood of more uptime and more "good" traffic for cpm companies rather than "crap" traffic which is hard to earn money from.

    2) don't just use adsense as your only source of income, there are many cpm companies out there that you can try, the popular ones are adbrite of course which is a pain right not but never the less. Theres is also Canep Media whichs pays good for US traffic which is "good traffic" and others. Check the red and green link in my sig to sign up:D

    3) Advertising, start off with advertising in the yahoo and google groups which are being raped daily but you will still get enough traffic from there eventually. Then move on to proxy topsites, don't submit to those advark crap topsites
they are a waste of time, submit to the ones where you can see a full list on one page. After that process and you wish to seriously invest in your advertising, look for premium top list sites that has a majority of US traffic and grab a bold link or a top link on there list for a month.

I think i said too much, can't give away all the secrets lol.

O btw, i suggest you use glype as your proxy script.

    Thanks SUB!
    heaps of useful info :)

I'm looking at getting hosting here Tech Entrance Just till I test the waters.
Then I'll probably move up to one of their VPS plans.
WDServers seem to be the way to go for hosting?
They say proxies are their specialty. And that the servers are optimized for proxies.

Anyhow I think I'll do a little more research before I dive in.
