where are you from?I need signups to a site of mine mainly from people living in USA and CANADA.And tell me one thing...are those 100 signups you are talking about come from the same ip or you have a number of ip in your collection with which u are planning to do this service?If it's that then how many Ip do you have?

I would rather want signups from different people(different ip) living in USA AND CANADA...anyway lets hear from you first.
