I just want to let you guys know that this person is trying to scam me out of PA licenses..So before He comes bashing my thread I thought I would go ahead and post this..Do not do business with this guy..I sent him the files several times to both his emails yet he claims that he never got email's. He has filed a paypal dispute againts me..But It wont go nowhere cause I have email proof that I infact did send file to him..Just letting you guys know stay away from this guy..He's a trouble maker. You can go look at his other posts also and see that he really is mental. Alright paul. I wont edit what I already posted..But I will say this. After talking with paul again on YIM I sent him the zip file directly so I guess what I said above can go out the window for now... unless something else strange happens.. Anyways..If this is not the right forum for this post then MODS pleaaaase deleat If this is the right place then this would be a good thread to list people who do bad business on dp no?
glad all go well now but just to let you know email problems are common. example: I sent my hosting customer details to his/her yahoo account and claimed never recieve from any of my accounts; my yahoo, gmail, hotmail, offical mails and only work when sent in IM. it has happened with 5 customers. so do keep in mind such problems are avoidable between email recipients and senders, not a "cause/reason" to pinpoint scamer/bad-business-person

I've only been an active poster here for a few days. In that time I've came across several threads talking about scamers. Unfortunately, there must be quite a few around here. It's too bad, but it's just part of life on the net. You've got to do your homework before doing business with anyone.
Your just ranting for no reason you say he's "trying" to scam you so in fact the guy has done nothing wrong and your just trying to get him either banned or trash his reputation on DP. So the fact that you go an infraction for posting this thread isn't surprising really...
A lot of email providers are blocking more and more emails. I'll give a personal example. My ISP is comcast and I have an email account with them and for a while I had 0 spam filters on. I was allowing everything to come through but there were still emails that I wasn't receiving because comcast decided to block them for some reason. Yahoo is the same way. I can have no spam filters on and still do not get certain emails. The only reliable email provider that I've found is gmail and I'm sure that they'll become just like the others sooner or later. So even if you did send him the emails then there is a good chance that he didn't get them because his email provider decided to block them.
Yeah, tell me about it, gmail blocked an invoice I had to pay for a hosting bill and then I got a late charge added because I didn't see the e-mails were being send to spam box, oh joy!!
