I think you can file for a disagreement. Not sure how.

what type of item was it? digital or not?...if digital, you've got a 50/50 chance as they have a crap policy on digital items...

yeah...you're in the 50/50 boat...if you read the paypal terms you will notice they have a policy to not have a policy on digital good (i.e...website)...so you can put the dispute in...but it may go either way....

File a dispute first before it is too late.

I did say that I knew from experience...which implies that yes, I have seen it ;)

just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it hasn't happened ;)...

Whatever the item was - log on to Paypal and file a dispute. If you have paid via credit card then you may get your money back fairly quickly!

yes you can file a dispute but you need to give them proof. I really don't like paypal because of this.

you don't like paypal because they require proof?...are you a scammer?...

if you have something to dispute why would you NOT have proof?

You don´t even have to give proof as buyer. They decided more then one time against me as seller although there was absolutely NO CHANCE the buyer could have given proof. Just file a dispute and tell them you didn´t recieve what you paid for. Then the seller has to proof he delivered what you paid for. You just have to wait some days and you´ll will have back your money (this is how it goes most times)
