I noticed you took over my host Exremohost last weekend.Up to then I'd been pretty happy with things.

Since then I had a problem with my bandwidth disappearing so none of my sites would load.Then I was locked out of my ftp.

Today I wakeup to find all my space has disappeared.

Haven't much enjoyed The ConnectHost experience thus far.

Again I find myself here looking for a cheap and reliable host.

For a start, this is not the place. If you have a problem with that company, please email support. The 2 companies are 2 separate equities at this time.

Secondly, we have not made any changes since we took over the company. No server modifications have been made so any problems are pure coincidence. Once again, please email support with any problems.

Im looking for $5 yearly for reliable server with good uptime and customer support for 2gb space & 20gb bandwidth

Sorry, nope it's not really. If you want a yearly plan, you'll have to upgrade your budget

I know guys, I'm so sorry! It's BurstNET and their stupid "network maintainance"

We are getting a new server at the start of next month, which will be on a 1Gbit port (instead of 100Mbit) and will not be in BurstNET.

working now, strange, got a dedicated to from burstnet and i didnt had downtime

 

According to what I read, they were only doing maintenance on the PA servers.

Cameron, none of my sites load. If you want I can provide a trace route to the server. I rebooted my router, changed my DNS servers to all different ones, and no luck thus far. The only way I can access my sites and yours is through a proxy.

By the way, the sites are just up, but it seems there is a problem somewhere along the lines when I try to connect to the server. (Site loads for me when I go through a proxy.)
