First site shows 0, second one shows 0 without www, and 2 with www. Does that got much to do with it? 0_o

It seems odd. Maybe Google is still adjusting your PR. What is the site?

I wouldn't like to tell the url for certain reasons.

But is it normal to have different pr for the www-version?

Only when there was something weird done with redirects. I would say without knowing the URL, chances are by what you have said, it is a PR0.

It is, unless you use the htaccess redirect.

    Options +FollowSymLinks
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} .
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^example\.com
    RewriteRule (.*) http://example.com/$1 [R=301,L]

    Code (markup):

yes, if you are using both www and non-www version, then your PR will be different for each. it is wise to use one uniform version or do a redirect
