Guitarhero-4.com, SEO'd, [$184 April]

I've got a Guitar Hero 4 Site for sale. The game has not yet been announced (there is Guitar Hero: Aerosmith coming out in June which I am already capitalizing on but GH4 is not announced. This could mean big growth for this site.

It's a custom design done by me; all the data is stored in easy to edit text files.

I just checked and it's #2 on Google for Guitar Hero 4, #2 for Guitar Hero IV, and ranks well for lots of other phrases. It has been on the first page for Guitar Hero 4 for a long while now.

Here are the Adsense revenue numbers:

This could make a bunch from affiliate links to presellers of the games as well, but I haven't tried that out.

That's not really a very relevant question in my opinion. Obviously it's because I think I can make greater returns elsewhere (isn't that why anyone sells anything?).

Hey Bob, I'm in Italy until the middle of June so I wouldn't be able to easily transfer the site. I may be putting it back up when I get back but it has been making ~$50/day recently so the price would be significantly higher.
