Usualy hosting + domains SEO is done by me design and coding (sometime i outsourced it but mostly i do it myself or with helped of my friends)
Doorway page generator $300 Not all are created equal though... there a very few good ones that can generate pages which sustain visibility in the search engine for a longer period.
Edit: i forgot that before i was so grown to afford a webhosting and own domains i did money with blogger for free, and looking back it was hell of a fun to create 20 blogs and spam them in comments on another blogs, and getting $600 monthly with adsense. ($600 monthly i usually call when i had only 1 month with this figure other months were various, 200-400 american dollaz) Just the domain and hosting, I didn't spent much money on my sites when i was starting for one reason, i didn't have them. Now that i have some money i can spent it on it, so now i'm learning SEM, not SEO, this is what i call being spoiled webmaster
Wow, so far I've spent more than anyone else on my site and so far it only makes about $200 a month. Maybe because it's only 3 months old, but still... I guess you're supposed to work smarter, not harder. (Or in this case, work smarter, not spend money like it's candy )
Everything free. I am enjoying the money which I am earning from my website because my brother has given me the website and he has paid the hosting and everything else. I am lucky.

Domain : 14$/y Hosting : 84$/y acripts : made by me that is all... on the other hand i've made Google adsense 300 up to 550$ per month PHP scripts 100 up to 200$ per month ...ummm and i don't know why i feel they cheat me cause the hosting and domain looks very expensive
I've spent $0. I use the free 10mb webspace that came with my internet account. Of course, this means that my ISP my domain(for example http://users/aol.com/jellybeanz), but this hasn't seemed to have any impact.
In all honesty, I don't believe it has. I just spent a bit on paid backlinks for the sake of seeing whether it would yield positive results or not. I don't know whether you're all just really frugal, or if I'm a fool for spending so much money on starting up a site...lol
