What are some of the top directories to have your site listed in

    Hello all.

    I was wondering what directories I should have my site listed in. I found that Insiderpages.com is a great one for getting your site up to the top of google. I'm trying to find other directories as well.

    As you probably didn't knew, on Insiderpages[dot]com you can submit & get the rank of Google World Domination, just by hitting the submit button and of course skipping the payment if any :D

    goldsteinmedia, seeing as your in the directory section of DP are you actually struggling to find dirs?

    And what is the website that you talk of with regards to having it listed in the directories?

    goldsteinmedia, how much have you tried to find the directories lists ? and where ? Because if you search on Google for any crap keyword followed by the keyword "directory" you will find plenty.

    Can't we just ask for a new category for Self Promotion? :Dhaha

    The directories you 'should' be listed in are all down to whatever your site is about. No point, IMO, having a very niche site listed in a bunch of general directories, unless, of course, it's solely for the backlink weight - try niche directories, they'll work much better for your site if traffic is what you need.
