    Yea its annoying when people right off the bat say "PR IS WORTHLESS."

    PR does have a major role in depicting how you rank within serps.

    In the morning most of my PR 1-3 sites got PR3+
    Now all of them are back to there original PR.
    Is it due to delay in Google Data center synchronization?

    My site also got a PR (previously PR0)...but during 1-2 days was like "take the PR, "give me back the PR"...finally it's stabilized now at PR3...which is quite good for a 3 months blog I guess...

    New sites get a temporary PR boost. You're going to have to work hard to keep that PR though.

    It's fairly common to see brand new sites get a PR3 then start dropping.

    Yup, PR have been updated for my all blogs/sites. I got PR 5 and PR 4 the others got PR 3. Thanks for the secret method I use in my Sig :D.

    There is no exact date for pr update but I know there is recent update of pr. One of my blog got pr2 from unranked.
