...get in contact with me. Email me to

    The domain name is: http://hoppershopper.com

I am only asking $300 for it. I have never sold any domains before so I am not exactly sure how it all works.

You can easily place your own ID in the script and use the website as your own. The domain has a nice sound to it and if advertised appropriately - I think a great future too! I host it at Yahoo Small Business. I could call Yahoo once you decide to get the domain and ask them how to go about changing domain owners. Also, I have the site downloaded to my computer, so I can email it to you in a zip folder. The payment can be easily done through Paypal.

The reason I want to sell it is, I am not sure I want to use BANS anymore. I want to try something else.

    If interested let me know.

In the name itself. I think hoppershopper.com is catchy and can become big in a few months if someone will be willing to promote it. I could have but I have some other ideas.

Also, I am offering the site itself as well, for some it can be a huge time saver.

$300.00 is a bit rich for a new domain and a script. Other sites like yours go for $20 dollars here.

Please PM traffic details and revenue. Script licence details also.

Edit: Actually I just remembered that BANS is a non transferrable license.

My offer $20.00 (without the BANS of course).

My apologies for my ignorance, but what exactly is 'BANS'? Any link?

$30? It's not worth selling it for that amount. I just know that hoppershopper is a name that has a lot of potential like shopping or bestbuy, etc.

It doesn't have much traffic yet since I purchased it a month or so ago. I was only able to get it because the owner before me, I guess, couldn't afford keeping it.

I didn't promote it much since I purchased it either. But I believe that with a bit of time and effort it can gain a lot of traffic.

Also, please, do not forget I am offering the site too. I worked on the keywords (including negative keywords) to make those listings look perfect. It took a lot of time to finish. All you have to do now is to put your own ID.

It also has a canadian version of it (scroll to the bottom of the site and click on the link there). I am asking not just for the name but for the work too.

The point people are making here is that the name in itself even with a website attached does not have a value that high without some traffic and revenue, especially when the script you have there is one that's non-transferable. Perhaps you should hold on to it and try to build some traffic, revenue, and PR and then try to sell it. A brandable name in and of itself does not necessarily fetch that kind of money unless it's short and sweet. You need to add some value to it beyond having a BANS script there - perhaps build a custom unique script, and like I said be able to show some traffic and revenue.

Just my 2cents, but you might want to hold on to it and develop it some more, the name is catchy, but may not be enough to fetch the price you want.

vitalbusiness, this man speaks the truth.

To get the sort of money you are asking you need to have about $30-40 per month revenue, domain names can be important, but you have a generic name and that means very little for an undeveloped website. Spend a year or so putting some effort into developing traffic and revenue and you will have a real winner there.

    Good luck with the sale.

Thank you for the input. Some BANS ready sites are about $100. A lot of them do not look all that great. I just don't understand how something can be $30 when just hosting this site has cost me about that much (for 3 months).

I will just wait maybe then for the best offer. It's available, so feel free to shoot me an email.
