I would just like to know how much would you be willing to pay to buy this site. My friend owns it. He started it few months ago and the site is doing exceptionally well. How much is it worth, according to you?

So your saying if my site earns $600 from adsense plus $100 a month for one ad spot I can sell my site for 7K and people would actually buy it for that price? Oh my god. I'm going to be rich! Lol

It would also depend on how consistent that is, because if those are the stats for 1-2 months but they start decreasing (or worse, just drop altogether) afterwards, then it says something about the traffic your site is getting.

If revenue is consistent it can even be up to two years of net yearly revenue. You need proof of revenue though.
