Yes, I'm right in Phoenix (Awhatukee neighborhood)...that means south-east Phoenix (very nice neighborhood, close to Tempe).

 

I used to live close to Phoenix, just North in the mountains. Stay safe and welcome to DP!

 

Scottsdale is in north...very nice place...for rich people (they say )...

Oh yeah! Summer all the time ...love the sun (even it's a bit poweful during the actual summer )...thanks.

And it's close to Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Mexico, California...

 

I hear and read about Awhatukee while I was there - I love how that sounds.

As far as I'm concerned, anywhere in the valley is great.

 

There's no down side, unless of course, you hate the heat.

 

The mountains are beautiful, but I like the heat of the valley. You would have more comfortable summers though, I imagine.

 

It was 95 degree F today...and the summer didn't even started ...

 

Welcome to the states. This forum looks like it can be fun and informative.

 

I'm so jealous, it's cold and drizzley here. It'll be August before we get close to that, and it will be too humid to move if it does get that hot.
